"WHEREAS, we are unanimous in our recognition of one Master Founder in the person of Master Founder Godfather Leborio "ABRAHAM" Jangao, Jr. and one National Chairman/ President in the person of Supreme Godfather Gregorio "GRINGO" Honasan II."

"WHEREAS, with refrence to our DECLARED PRINCIPLES, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES, the Organization believes that our main purpose shall be to unite our people and foster camaraderie among members in order to effectively address matters of national interest and achieve sustainable development for unity, peace and prosperity."

"WHEREAS, the Organization subscribes to democratic principles. It upholds the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, its laws and regulations promulgated by the duly constituted authorities."

"NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that we are one and unanimous in our declaration that: AS CITIZEN OF THIS REPUBLIC AND GUARDIANS OF DECMOCRACY, WE WILL ABIDE BY THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND DUE PROCESSES, DEFEND THEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR IDEALS: "MITHIIN NG BAYAN, AMING IPAGLALABAN HANGGANG KAMATAYAN, HANGGANG SA LIBINGAN."
